★ THE PROCESS ★
1. The design process timeline varies with each customer. This is an ESTIMATED timeframe and is subject to change. The complete process can take 2-3 weeks after I receive your completed questionnaire and depending on how long it takes for you to complete the revision rounds and approvals.
2. After you purchase this listing, you should download and complete the brand questionnaire. The answers you provide will help me to learn about your brand and guide the overall process. Please take your time completing this. If you are unsure, please rely on me to guide you.
3. Once I have these answers from you, I will conduct research and create two logo concepts.
4. I will get back to you via email for concept approval and will proceed to work on the logo concept of your choice and make all needed corrections.
5. The logo will be sent back to you for the second and final round of revisions.
6. Once your primary logo is finalized, I will send a complete brand board and proofs for all other design elements within 2-3 business days. 2 revisions are included for this step.
7. Once you are 100% happy with all design elements, I will finalize the files and create a Google Drive folder for you. From here you can download all your files.
FILE TYPES INCLUDED
You will receive each logo in the following formats:
• High Quality JPEG file on a white background.
• High Quality PNG file on a transparent background.
• AI/EPS file which is a vector-based file and can be scaled to any size without losing its quality.

1. No printed materials will be shipped. All logos and non-editable designs will be uploaded to a Google Drive folder for you to download. Editable items such as Instagram templates will be created in Canva.
2. Editable designs may not be re-sold.
3. You will have all the rights to use your logo in any way you want, and your logo will never be re-sold.
4. If, during the design process, you decide that you no longer wish to work with me, I will refund you up to 50% of the purchase price. Time and effort spent will be considered when I calculate any refund.
5. If you need an earlier delivery for this project, let me know so that I can arrange a Rush Fee and complete it by your deadline. Any rush orders will be accommodated at my discretion and is subject to other project timelines.
6. Please provide me with any revisions and feedback within 30 days. If, after 30 days, I do not receive a response from you, the logo will be considered approved, and the design package will be delivered. After this point, you will not be able to make changes to the project and no refund will be given.
7. Any edits following final delivery of your logo and branding package will be considered as a new order and additional fees will apply.
8. Please download all your files within 30 days of delivery. All files will be deleted from my system after 30 days.
9. Please do not ask me to copy somebody else’s work!
10. Basic knowledge of Canva required. Check their extensive resources for help on how to use.
11. You may need a Canva Pro account to access all fonts.
